Mr. Abhinav Shrivastava (Advocate-on-Record) enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi no. as (D\/817\/11), is a practicing advocate primarily before Hon\u2019ble Supreme Court of India and also before Delhi High Court and various courts\/Appellate tribunal in NCT of Delhi as an independent leading counsel since 2011 onwards. At the age of 25 itself, he started his independent practice in Supreme Court of India and in the span of last 14 years, he appeared in many significant cases before Hon\u2019ble Supreme Court of India which turned in to Reportable \u2013 Non-Reportable judgments in the varied issues of Criminal Law along with Civil and Commercial Laws. In 2015 he became the nominated counsel by a Maharatna company Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) to represent the company before Hon\u2019ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and Courts\/Tribunals in NCT of Delhi. He graduated from Bharati Vidyapeeth\u2019s New Law College Pune with the first-class A grade. As the part of further academic expertise, he pursued 1 year diploma in Medical Jurisprudence & Forensic Sciences with First Class from ILS Law College, Pune, and also pursued special diploma in corporate laws and Cyber laws from BVP Pune. He also studied Master of Business Laws from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.
